Engagements
Most run 3–6 months — enough time to diagnose properly, build the roadmap, and work with your team until they can run it. For a narrower, well-defined scope, there's a 30-day sprint.
Every proposal is built around what you actually need, from a focused diagnostic to a full roadmap. If there's a strong fit, I'm open to staying on in a fractional capacity. And if the right move is a specialist or a new hire, I'll say so early and help you interview for the one who fits.
